How we work

Questions first. Quotations second.

If that sounds slow, consider what it replaces: a container of perfectly good spray heads that fit nothing they were ordered for.

The process, step by step

Four steps from first message to loaded container. Two of them exist almost entirely to protect you from the one mistake this category is famous for.

1

Your inquiry

Model, finish, quantity, market. If the thread is unclear, that is fine — it is literally our job to ask.

2

Thread confirmed in writing

We confirm the inlet thread with you in writing and quote it back, so the specification both sides sign is the same one.

3

Samples, then spec lock

You approve the sample — finish, pattern, marking, packaging. The approved sample becomes the locked spec for the run.

4

Production & shipment

Production, inspection against the locked spec, packed and shipped with the agreed documents.

Commercial terms

Prices are discussed directly with each partner, not published. The terms below are what every distributor asks for before the price conversation — they are being confirmed now and will be filled in with real numbers, not estimates.

The one thing we will ask you

Most first conversations end with us asking about the riser the head will mate with. Not because we doubt you — because a 7/8”-20 UNEF inlet looks plausible next to a household fitting, photographs badly, and cannot be fixed by any adapter.

Thirty seconds of written confirmation here is cheaper than a return container later. This is the whole reason our process starts with questions instead of a price list.
